Epoxy carbon fiber profiles
Epoxy-based carbon fiber profiles are thermosetting CFRP reinforced with high-performance epoxy resin and made by pultrusion process. They mainly include conventional profiles such as bar, round tube, square tube, rectangular tube, I-beam, channel steel, angle steel, plate, etc. with diameters ranging from 5 to 50mm. At the same time, non-standard profiles can be designed according to customer requirements. The molding process is that the carbon fiber is impregnated with epoxy resin and then cured in the mold and continuously pultruded. CFRP has the characteristics of high strength, light weight, good dimensional stability, corrosion resistance, good heat resistance, low conductivity, and excellent electrical insulation properties. Products can be used in many fields:
