1. horizontal winding forming technology features:In the molding process, the mold is parallel to the ground, so it is called horizontal winding. The maximum diameter can reach 15 meters and the length is 20 meters. There are four advantages:

Overall molding: the cylinder is wound as a whole (including head), without structural layer joints, the axial force and circumferential force of the cylinder are reasonably and evenly distributed, the overall performance is good, the strength is high, there is no stress concentration area, and the service life is long;
2. Uniform resin content: During the winding process, the equipment is placed horizontally and rotated continuously, and there will be no resin dripping and no uneven resin content;
3, reasonable structure: the use of steel mold, lining injection molding, high resin content, smooth inner surface, no capillary phenomenon. The structural layer is formed by spiral cross winding, and the resin content is 35±5%. The outer protective layer is smooth and uniform in color;
4. Strong bearing capacity of the head: the cylinder and the head are strengthened as a whole to form a bud-type package, and the head has a large capacity to resist wind load, snow load and operating load.
